One of the stall selling Takoyaki... wondering what is it... then reaching home with growling stomach.
Searched in internet for this so called Takoyaki. Get the recipe and modified from nothing to something.
My version of cook from scratch Malaysian style Takoyaki.
Ingredients:
2 cups of flour
1 cups of hot water
1 egg
1 teaspoon of salt
a pinch of ajinomoto
2 handful of chopped cabbage
1 chopped onion
6 dices crab meat stick
Instructions:
1. Put egg, salt and ajinomoto into flour.
1. Put egg, salt and ajinomoto into flour.
2. Pour in hot water into the flour and mixed well.
3. Lastly, add in all the cabbage, onion and crab meat. Mixed well.
5. Serve it with chilli sauce or mayonnaise.
Done and enjoy!!!
